Work Injury Compensation Insurance

The Work Injury Compensation Insurance is a statutory requirement, in accordance to Ministry of Manpower’s Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA).

As an employer, you are required to have a WIC Insurance policy covering all your employees doing manual work of any salary range, as well as non-manual employees earning S$2,100 or less per month.

It pays compensation for any work-related death, injury and occupational diseases of your workers arising out of and in the course of employment, including overseas assignment.
